The client in this case was a developer, planning to convert a property into 11 x 1 bed apartments and 2 x 2 bed apartments.
The funds required were to clear some existing bridging finance on day 1, and development costs, the remaining funds were to be drawn down.
The client chose to go with Blend Network, over cheaper terms from another provider as they offered a personal and quick service.
