News – 30/03/2026 Welcome New Team members Brokerplan & White Rose Finance Group are delighted to welcome two new team members: Garry Innes Operations Manager Garry has over 35 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking, and has held senior positions with Santander, AIB Capital Markets, and Alliance & Leicester. His extensive experience covers Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, and Relationship Management and ranges across asset finance, working capital funding and commercial loans / mortgages. Garry joined White Rose in March 2026 to lead the Relationship Team and to oversee operational matters Sean Taylorson Commercial Administrator Sean brings nine years of experience in financial services, spanning personal banking and mortgages. Before joining us, he served as a Team Leader at Aldermore Bank, supporting residential and commercial mortgage customers post‑completion. With strong experience working closely with customers and solicitors, Sean is passionate about delivering efficient, customer‑focused mortgage servicing and driving continuous improvement across teams. While property remains his core expertise, he enjoys getting involved in all areas of financial solutions.
