Before joining us, he served as a Team Leader at Aldermore Bank, supporting residential and commercial mortgage customers post‑completion. With strong experience working closely with customers and solicitors, Sean is passionate about delivering efficient, customer‑focused mortgage servicing and driving continuous improvement across teams. While property remains his core expertise, he enjoys getting involved in all areas of financial solutions.
