Matthew Penszor

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Following a successful 20 year career in the aviation industry, Matthew made a career change into the property and finance industry and became a mortgage adviser in 2019.

He joined Brokeprlan in September 2021 as a regulated mortgage and protection adviser where he works supporting the network providing regulated mortgage advice to customers.

Kieran Everard

Relationship Manager

Kieran has joined us from a bridging finance lender where he worked for 3 and a half years. Prior to this Kieran spent a number of years with a well-known packager in the Midlands and also various roles with RBS & Natwest. With lots of experience, Kieran will slot into our Relationship Management team supporting our partners on their commercial enquiries and helping to package transactions for lender submissions.

Sam Peel

Relationship Manager

Starting his career in business banking, Sam then moved into asset finance in 2015 working for a broker initially and then a direct lender. With over 9 year’s experience in the sector, Sam has a rounded experience to draw on. Day to day at White Rose he structures and packages deals on behalf of our appointed representative network, across all product areas.

Scarlett Benson-Collinson

Case & Office Administrator

Role
General involvement across all business functions with specific involvement in taking office calls, allocating new cases and enquiries,

Professional Summary
Scarlett joined the team late October 2018, starting as an administrative apprentice. With five years in customer service, as a hotel receptionist.Joining the operations team three months in as Case Administrator, gaining the responsibilities of assigning cases to individual case managers and with the processing of essential information. Moving to Case Administrator & Processor, gaining further responsibilities of processing of loans, managing case accounts and processing invoicing.

Scarlett is now Office Administrator, managing cases and enquiries on a daily basis, assisting with lender liaison’s and accounts.

Pastimes
Quality chill days with friends, with drinks and a fire.

Hannah Christie Mileham

Branding, Creative & Communications Associate

Role

Most of her day is spent setting up Brokerplan partners with business essentials such as emails, logos, business cards and brochures and more. In addition, Hannah keeps a watchful eye on the company branding and is very much involved in creating newsletters, graphic design elements, company blogs and case studies.

Professional Summary

Hannah joined the team in 2017 as an administration apprentice, she now works as our branding, creative and communications associate.

Passions & Pastimes

In her free time, Hannah enjoys sewing, painting and baking

Fred Giles

Junior Administrator

Freddie is our newest Kickstart employee, joining us via the government backed schemed designed to get 16-24 years olds into full time employment.

Already Freddie has proven himself an asset to the team, assisting with system development and critical administrative work.

Tom Howard

Tom Howard

Administrative Support

General support across all areas of the business, Management of the incoming Enquiries, new cases, Accounts and Admin support.

 

Tom completed a Diploma in Business administration Level 2 in an office in York working for a home care company. After completing his apprenticeship, he then went on to work for an agency doing a large variety of jobs working throughout the lockdown.

After his experience working for the agency, he then dedicated himself to find an administrative role, which is when he came across the Kickstart scheme who introduced him to White Rose Finance.

Sophie Barber

Apprentice

Sophie joined us under the apprenticeship scheme as a financial administrator, in our busy accounts function. Helping to oversee commissions coming into the business and allocating accordingly, Sophie has been a great addition to the team
