Our Service Level agreements in support of our Network Partners will ensure that you get a response to all Business enquiries within 4 working hours and our aim is to deliver Indicative lending terms the same day.
This will ensure that you can respond to your client in a positive fashion and ahead of the competition thus securing the deal.

Our highly efficient Case Management process is further enhanced via the use of secure , cloud based Case Management / CRM System – ‘ Commercial Keeper’. This customised system provides all Brokerplan Network Partners with a front end ‘ Web Portal’ to submit all new cases to our underwriting team. Once the case is submitted and registered against the Partners account you will have full access to the system to view progress reports and ‘next key actions’ in order to process the case to completion.
