Brokerplan Business Owner Package – Shared Opportunity Support
In the early stages of the development of your new business as a Brokerplan Business Owner, and in addition to normal business support provided, we offer you the option of a Shared Opportunity Support service (SOS). The business case you are dealing with may be complex, outside of your comfort level and you may feel you require guidance to underwrite the opportunity and see the case through to full completion. In such situations our experienced underwriting team will fully mange the case on your behalf allowing you to learn and benefit from their experience in each step of the process.
In should be stressed that in all SOS cases you retain ownership of the client relationship throughout the entire process but have the added benefit of the Brokerplan team working and supporting you as your Specialist Partner. In all SOS cases the net fee income generated from the case ( commission and client fees ) is split between the Business Owner and Brokerplan on an agreed 50:50 basis.
Executive Business Support and Mentorship
As a standard deliverable all Brokerplan Packages provide Business Development support and professional Mentorship to the Network Partner for the life of the business relationship. For Brokerplan Business Owners the support includes a secondary period of 2 full days of dedicated business support which is generally delivered within 4 – 6 weeks of completion of initial business training and launch. This will help to ensure that your business gains the necessary momentum right from the start and will greatly assist in dealing with the normal issues encountered on business start up.
Mentorship will be provided by an experienced member of our management team who will give guidance on all aspects of establishing and building your business. Particular emphasis will be focused on new Business Development, Opportunity Management, Case Underwriting and building strong strategic relationships with Lender Partners.
